My Self-improvement Plan

1. Wake up at 7:30 AM every day.
2. Get to bed before midnight.
3. Spend time with God each morning, praying and listening, reading and meditating.
4. Reduce clutter and simplify to reduce stress.
5. Eat more Kale, Spinach and whole grains.
6. Have the salad as the entree and not the appetizer.
7. Eat vegetarian 90% of the time.
8. Limit sugar and other carbs.
9. Eat mostly fresh foods.Kale Salad
10. Paint at least 5 hours weekly.
11. Write for at least 30 minutes daily.
12. Remain positive.
13. Learn to listen, instead of just waiting to respond.
14. Put others first.
15. Speak only words that build others up, never words that tear others down.
16. Go on a photo hike weekly.
17. Keep a journal.
18. Write out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
19. Spend at least 1 hour each day readingjournal
20. Walk or swim everyday.
21. Call or spend time with friends daily.
22. Keep in touch with family on a regular basis.
23. Commit to being the best version of yourself, at all times.
24. Be the most respectful and courteous person you know.
25. Spend more time finding solutions and spend no time finding excuses.

  1. It is always appreciated when the gift is useful
    and not just some showpiece. Swing- Swings are great for rocking a newborn to sleep in times
    where the parents need a hands free moment. And how else
    would you celebrate the joy of having one.
